Activities :

Body Surfing : In the canal, when you leave yourself free-float (with a life jacket) and allow the current to thrust against yourself, the screams are bound to happen. Losing control on oneself and submitting yourself to a wild current for sure is screaming fun! While you know that all safety precautions have been taken but the fun is being in the moment and scream if you fear and scream louder if you don't. This is a not-to-miss activity.

Forest Trot

In Jungle you got to know the rules of the jungle. Our people know the rules, i.e. where can you find a Deer, Elephant or others including Tiger. A long trek in forest with them is sure to get you more. Take the minimal safety precautions you must, dress comfortably with right shoes, the belt pouch for the camera and the binoculars if you may (our guides will carry the food, water etc). Also important, don't forget to carry your sense of humour and if wildlife pulls a fast one on you by not showing up, laugh it off after all there are no rules for animals!

Forest Village Safari

The respect for people is what you earn when you see the life in these forest villages. Nice, peaceful existence in harmony with nature. Friends and visitors are welcome to drop in, same goes for the animals. However when the tragedy strikes and they lose a dear one to a wild tiger or a boar they dust themselves and get up and get about again. Indefatigable spirit of human life we read about in cities is what you experience in Kyari villages.

Cycling

We have a collection of sports cycles which are fun to go around with in the forest. As all cycling aficionados would know that offroad bikes are well designed to ride smoothly in the kuccha land. We regularly organize these cycling trips in groups and it's one of the favourite team building events of our guests.

Sit Around and Do Nothing

Several of our guests have done local activities like rustling up a meal in a village kitchen or in the kitchen of our resort, planting seeds during sowing time, constructing a real house the village style and so on. There is not a dull moment in Kyari and more than plenty to do, you have to decide your pace and how far you want to go. After all, a great siesta after an overabundant meal is also a great activity for many of us (including the author), particularly when you know there is an evening bonfire to look forward to and the roast with the right stuff to sip is intoxicating.
