Tour Plan
Day 1
Early morning drive from Delhi to Corbett National Park, Situated in the foothills of the Himalayas, on the banks of the Ramganga River in the Patli Dun Valley. It is India's Oldest Wildlife sanctuary, and is named after Jim Corbett who spent many years in this area. on arrival check in at the wildlife resort. After lunch we will take you for jeep safari tour into Jim Corbett park for wild life viewing
Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.
About Corbett National Park -The heavenly abode for adventure lovers and wildlife enthusiasts, Corbett National Park is set in the Shivalik foothills of the Himalayas in Uttaranchal. River rafting and jeep rides are the favourite activities of the tourists here across the 520 sq km of India's first national park along the bank of the Ramganga River. It is also known for the Sal tree as its main flora. It is named after the hunter-naturalist Jim Corbett, who suggested the conception of this wildlife sanctuary, over 50 mammals, 600 birds and 25 reptile species have been spotted here but the highlight of course is the Indian Tigers, Leopards and Gharials, the rare fish eating, long-nosed crocodiles.
Day 2
Morning safari to the national park, return to the resort for breakfast. Then visit Garjiya temple along with the river Kosi. In the afternoon drive to Dhikala forest lodge. On arrival check in at the lodge. After lunch drive to Dhangarhi Gate. The Corbett Dhikala tour begins from here. Drive for a jeep safari to the grassland to view the wildlife especially the evasive tiger. For your safely the lodge is enclosed by the effective solar fence. You may sit on the varandah at night and enjoy the breathtaking wild and jungle's sound to get an unforgettable experienced.
Overnight stay at Dhikala Forest Lodge.
Day 3
Early morning jeep safari through open grasslands and dense forests for wildlife viewing in the Corbett National Park. After breakfast, jeep safari to the lakeside to see crocodiles. After lunch, a day free to relax. Optional to spend the day in a watchtower overlooking a water hole. Evening film shows on wildlife.
Dinner and Overnight stay at Dhikala Forest Lodge.
Day 4
Early morning drive to Bhuvankhal at sunrise. Then continue drive to Naintal. On arrival at Nainital, check in at the hotel. In the afternoon lake tour of Nainital visit including Naukuchiyatal, Bhimtal, Sat Tal, Khurpa Tal. In the evening enjoy the boat ride on Naini lake.
Overnight stay at hotel.
Nainital - Nainital in Uttaranchal has beautiful Naini lake and panoramic mountain scenery. Besides the hill resorts of Almora, Ranikhet and Kausani, Nainital has extended tourist attractions as MulwaTal to the east along with Bhimtal, Sattal and Naukachiatal and recreational activities such as canoeing and yachting.
Day 5
Morning after breakfast visit Naina Devi temple and then drive back to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi transfer to the airport/railway station.
